Sailability is an international, non-profit sailing organisation for people with all disabilities, it was originally founded in the 1980s in the United Kingdom and has since spread world-wide. Sailing is fun, relaxing, entertaining, educational and safe.

Sailability Townsville caters for all ages/abilities, and we have a hoist and slings for ease of getting in and out of our 2-seater dinghies. If you aren't quite sure about going for a sail with one of our friendly skippers, or would simply prefer, you are always welcome to go for a cruise on our power boat whilst it is out on the water with our sailboats.

Our home is located within the Townsville Recreational Boating Park (see the 'Location' page for the sailing pontoon, public toilet, and our shed's Google Map links). Weather permitting, we sail on Thursday mornings from 10:00AM onwards. Come and experience the feeling of freedom while out on the water with us!

If the weather prevents us from sailing, then please feel free to come say hi at our shed instead (see the Location page for a Google Maps link). We'll be chatting and doing some light housekeeping, plus there's a good chance someone will have brought some morning tea for everyone too!
